Brand new and never worn. Loveee these boots. Just not my size 😩😩. A few things to note, even though these are brand new, there are a few scuffs. Saddle soap should buff it out without a problem. The left zipper can be difficult to zip up if you go down too far. You just have to lift the leather out of the way and it zips right up! Bc of those reasons, I've discounted the price. (Leather upper and rubber outsole)

dawnmev Hi, I did see those thank you!! Trying to find other boots locally with similar measurements to try on- just worry about the fit and being out that much money if they don't fit right. Also trying to figure out how much I can/should spend right now. :-)

xtina003 @dawnmev no problem! Those are definitely valid concerns. If there's anything that I can help you with making a decision, please let me know! I know in the past, I've sold someone shoes before and I saw her relist it (for a higher price I might add) and she was able to get all of her money back and possibly a little profit too. So you always have that option if they don't fit! (I really hope they do though. Had this been my size, I would have kept it in heartbeat. Haha)

xtina003 @dawnmev oh how interesting. Well, I don't know if this would help or not but there are zippers by the ankle area (I just added a picture for you). I would think (don't quote me on this if I'm wrong) that the zipper would reinforce the strength around the ankle area. I just tried to try them on for you but feet are just too dang big haha
