Brand new with tags. Dress came to me with a few beads missing. (Under the tape on dress). Heavy bead packet is included withh this dress. May have a few beads that need to be tightened up a bit. Beautiful one shoulder dress with a high slit. It does have some stretch to it. Although this dress is new, it is highly discounted as it does contain some imperfections.
