Brand new Judy Blue black skinny jeans with leopard detail

Only been worn once. I am a size 28 waist, so i got these which are a 5/27, but they have a lot of stretch to them, so i ended up purchasing a smaller size. For reference i am 5’2”, 140lbs. These seem like they would fit size 7/8/9, or a waist size 28/29, maybe even 30. Depending on how snug you want them. Rise- 10” Inseam- 27”
