Brand new Jackson Excel size 5.5 (street size 6.5-7) figure skates

Jackson Excel women’s figure skates. Basically brand new, only skated in twice— they just don’t fit me. Jackson size 5.5, street size ~6.5 (too tight for my size 7 foot). Excellent shape but have a couple of smudges on the outside from being stored in a bin with other boots.
