Brand new Hello Kitty doggie hooded rain jacket

I bought this jacket for my rescue puppy. By the time I received it, she needed to be hospitalized so I forgot about the jacket for a bit. Once she was finally home, I cut the tag and put it on her only to find out she completely outgrew it. Never used, only tried on for size, super cute good material!
