lavenderh0ur Hi, would you please post pictures of the charging contacts on both the headset and the charging case. (Two small brass contacts, on both the headset, and in the cradle, where the headset fits to charge). Thank-you!

lavenderh0ur @4unext Thank-you! Could you plug it in, then post pics of the amber lights, in both the transmitter, and the headset, please? You will likely have to jiggle the headset until the brass contacts on the headset are touching the brass contacts in the case. You’ll know you’re there when the amber light on the side of the headset comes on. Thank-you!
