Ci Banks Dress brand New Never worn. Blue with white polka dots. Bunched up hem to hide my larger stomach. Sleeveless lightweight but I did not think I needed anything extra underneath. Its not sheer. Approximately 48” long and approximately 23 inches pit to pit. There is stretch to it. I bought a few dresses but never wore a couple of them. Now moving on. 👍
