Brand New beautiful dress 3X

I love this dress! It's brand new and never worn. I dropped weight and can't wear it. It is great quality and lined. Here's what I love about it: I love the V neck. I love the flounder arms because I hate my upper arms, I love the elastic waist because it gives you a waist and the flouney shirt is slimming on the butt and hips. The dress is by Scomchic. Very nice quality and like I said, brand new!
