Brand New With Tags Windsor Gray/Grey Minidress

This dress comes from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home and has never been worn, only tried on. It’s a size medium but could fit a small in my opinion. It is so cute but unfortunately was just too short. It features ruffles on the bottom & a cute pink rose detail on the top.
