Cole Haan black patent leather waterproof boots (rain boots), size 10, could fit someone with a 10.5/11.
These boots are in brand new unworn condition and have only been taken out of the box to try on once. Just not my style... paid +$450 for them.
Super comfortable and stylish with Nike Air Technology. Please note that some people find Cole Haan can (in general) run a bit narrow, but these are still a standard width.

Yes, they are stamped as 10B, but they fit more like an 11...

You need to change size to 10 where just the size shows up. I have these in 11 which fit my 10 1/2 size foot
