🌸Brand New🌸 Snappy Turtle Open Cardigan w/ waist tie Sz M

This is just absolutely adorable and can be worn throughout the year!! Snappy Turtle is a well known Boutique in South Florida, with their sister store, Love Shack! Brand New, just found this piece tucked away and had to try it on! It is completely open with a hoodie and an elastic like waist tie! Could be perfect worn as a little beach cover up, dressed up or worn casually, and/or a perfect piece to just throw over anything, leaving it hanging loosely or tied around the waist! Extremely soft w/ a medium to light weight sweater! I'm an XS/S and this fit great w/ extra room!
