Brand New / Never Worn Girls combat boots

Just purchased these Girls White Knee High Combat Boots By Liv and Mia for a Halloween costume but I purchased the wrong size and store will not return. Brand New/ Never worn! They lace up, have a zipper closure on the sides and a buckle that wraps around.
