Brand New High Low Pleated Chiffon Maxi Skirt

Never worn - tag still on. Brand new condition. This is a high low skirt with the longer end reaching my ankle (I'm 5'4). If you are taller, this could be more of midi skirt. The pleated chiffon material is somewhat see-through but this has an attached opaque black mini skirt layer underneath. Super comfortable elastic band for the waist. Super cute and flowy.
