Brand New Handmade Headband.

Beautiful Brand New Handmade Headband. Silk & "Burned" Satin Flower with Feathers and Rhinestone Center. Large pink flower is 4 3/4 inches across. Smaller flowers, white and peach are 1 1/4 inches and 1 1/2 inches across respectively. Has a bit of white french veiling. Feathers are ostrich and hot pink. Headband is bright pink stretch lace at 17 1/2 inches. So it will stretch up to around 20 inches. So it will fit around 12 months up to a teenager.
