Hello! Can you please tell me what the measurement of the waist on the skirt is in inches? Does it have some flex in the hips or is it pretty straight down off the waist? Thank you!

@modbohemianlife hi! So the top is an XS and the skirt is a S! I consider myself a true 4/27 waist and the skirt fits me perfectly. It does not stretch but in no way constricts the hips and tapers nicely down. I just added a new pic to show you.
