Brand New Coldwater Creek, with tags, Bright orange, fit and flare dress. It's made of linen and rayon and does not wrinkle. The tag says 12 Petite, but it hits mid calf, and I'm 5'4". The bust is 38", waist is 35", and the length of the garment is 48". It's fully lined and the buttons work, so you can show some leg. The back has the detail of the two buttons, like a half belt.
