Brand New Black & Red Heelys size 13C

Brand New shoes,they are size 13C and can be for a boy or girl. The original box is not included. Bottoms of Heels look untouched and there's a sticker on the inside of heel. They are missing the take out tool(which anything with a hook should work to pull them out) to take the wheels out and the bottom insert to cover up the hole. Which can be purchased brand new from Heelys possibly Amazon or eBay. You can always try swapping an old pair of heelys accessories into the new shoes as most are interchangeable.
