Brand new Halston Heritage dress - off shoulder flowy sleeve design - super sexy and elegant. Perfect for vacation or engagement party dress ;) I think this would fit a size 12 better than a true 14 - I am size 38D bust and size 12 waist and its too snug in chest but fits ok elsewhere.
