jillianka @misterwaterface As stated, this is brand new and never taken out of the package, even with one side no longer being taped closed, while the other is. I am the original owner, so I can vouch that nothing has been tried/used, touched, therefore functioning as brand new.

misterwaterface I looked up by serial number on box. This one was part of the Intro. September 12, 2012* Disc. July 15, 2015 batch. So at least 10 years of nonuse. I am mostly concerned with battery life. Lithium rechargables actully degrade worse with nonuse than use. Even periodic charging a few times a year is very beneficial. Once a month optimal.

In researching it myself, Ipod nanos' lithium batteries are replaceable even still, and there is a step by step guide available online, on how to do it yourself. No support needed. Again, I am able to work with you on price, however, the price you offered is more than half off current listing price. If you look at recently sold on here, one went for current listing price, and one for same as my counter.
