Custom braided 2 tone dog collar. Hand braided with kangaroo leather lace and a paracord core. Finished with two stainless steel loops.
If interested in ordering please place in bundle so we can discuss colors & length. This one is made with natural color lace and cordovan/ox blood color lace. Specifically made for my Staffordshire terrier at 20” long & 6mm diameter.
Price above is for a two-color, cored collar for a Large dog, with stainless steel hardware.

@corin1965 ABSOLUTELY! One of my location restrictions is my need for an in-law suite/ casita as well for my Mom. Right now I’m looking in the 4-5k sqft range in houses. They’re surprisingly not that easy to find. I have a developer outside Coral Gables with a plot I may end up building on if I can ever get back down there!

Because my first residency was in emergency medicine I’ve been pulling 12-18 hr shifts on top of covering neuro calls in the ER. Not fun at all. I braid these items as a stress relieving exercise & usually sell them unbranded to large boutiques.

@corin1965 I’m going to look into the Southwest Ranches. I haven’t heard of that area before. I did look at Davie but what I want is even few & far between there unless I’m spending 3+M. I was trying to keep it closer to 1M. I found a couple nice places up near Coral Springs/Parkland but that’s an extra 20 mins from Coral Gables.

@jasonallen476 I worked on Real Estate before, as an Investigator for the State. So I've kept my license just for personal use. I want a property in the FL west coast. Love Little Hickory Island and Estero Beach. Google it, it's very nice. Amazing sunsets. I vacation there every summer.

@corin1965 I will definitely look into those areas. One of my concerns I forgot to mention is proximity to a major airport. I’ll be staying on a few boards up here in the NE and will need to travel back every couple months, sometimes a couple times in the same month. A real estate investigator for the state? @corin1965 I’ve also heard some pretty negative things about attorneys down there. Especially in RE so I plan on having my attorney up here review all the contracts for me & give me advice even though I’m going through a realtor. Real estate & supply chain, what other interesting challenges have you pursued? From your moniker I take it you have cats as fur babies?

@jasonallen476 I love cats, and dogs alike. Just seems that cats are in more need of rescuing. I actually have a 13yr old Chihuahua too!

@corin1965 awe I love chihuahuas! I rescued a LH for my grandfather a trained her when he lost his last Laso Apso. They have such personality. I love cats as well but strangely developed a mild allergy when I hit my early 30s. I can control it w meds for short hair cats however my mom has two long hair cats and I can only last in her house for about 20 mins.

@jasonallen476 I used to be allergic to cats all my life. Then I found my first cat, he was just born. we bottle fed him. Now he's 8 yrs. Somehow I developed an immunity and haven't had allergies to cats since. 🐱💗

@corin1965 that’s great! I was the opposite. When an ex & I moved in together I started needing an antihistamine daily. Ex left and so did my need for the allergy pills.🤨
