Brand new, bra. Size "3" please look at the chart on the third page. No underwire. Super soft. Straps adjust. Dark grey. As far as sizing goes, me personally, I have never used this kind. The way I read it is its a size 38-40 band and fits d-ddd cups. It's super stretchy and it seems like it would be super comfy. Smoke free home. A225
