Boys size XL western shirt

My mom got this for my son for Christmas pictures and it was too small so he wore it for pics and we washed it and hung it up. It doesn’t. Have a US size listed, but I went off measurements and what my son currently wears to get a youth XL. Absolutely nothing wrong with it.
