Boys size 12m shirt/shorts set with minor flaw

Boys 12m Sweet and Soft brand shorts outfit set, grey shorts and green and blue shirt, there is a place on shirt where hem is undone (see pics) - set came to me this way after ordering online and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, this would be a super easy fix for someone who knows how to sew, smoke free home
