Boy’s Perry Ellis black leather ankle boot size 4

Boy’s Perry Ellis America black leather ankle dress boots. Well made, clean stiching, no stains or obvious scratches. Soles show little signs of wear. The only obvious signs of wear is some rub off at the raised seam (see last pic). Size 4.
