Boys Dino Raincoat

Boys Dino raincoat from Carter’s. Cute spikes on the hood and one sleeve. It does have my son’s name written on the tag. There are identical small white dots on each pocket (see photo) where the Velcro rubs. Barely noticeable and not a tear or anything but wanted to point it out.
