lakebutlermema I ordered this (3 piece) and my grandson loves it. We didn’t take it out of the package until today. The backpack has a rip in it. It’s a small rip but afraid when it’s full of books it will rip more. Can I send back and get a replacement just for the backpack or can I just re-order the backpack. School begins next Wednesday. Thanks for your assistance. Diane

girlyandgritty @lakebutlermema, I'm not sure of a way to send a picture. Unfortunately, Posh is very firm on their 3 day rule, so I cannot do a replacement at this point. However, I do have a listing for just the backpack in my closet (I shared it to the top for you). If you add it to your bundle, I can give you a good discount on it so you can use that one. Then you can get the other one fixed and have it as a spare. I can ship it out first thing tomorrow morning.
