Boyd Art Glass Sammy the Squirrel Spinnaker Blue Purple Vintage 1990 2.75"

Pre-owned Boyd Art Glass Sammy the Squirrel figurine. Measures approx. 2.75" tall. I believe this is Spinnaker Blue colorway, produced 10-23-1990. Final photo of ad shows figure under a blacklight. In good pre-owned condition. There is a sort of fine bubbly texture along the top of tail and head - shown in Photos #8 and #9. I assume this is due to something in the glass making process? But my other Sammy Squirrel figures do not have this, so I am not sure. Please review pics! **I am not an expert in Boyd Art Glass, but do my best to ID figurines.
