Bow lovers! Adorable silver plated bow brooch / charm / pin

For all you bow lovers out there. Came across this vintage piece in my collection and she sure cleaned up nice! I believe this is silver plated because I don’t see anything sterling mark stamps, but I used silver polish to clean it up! This is a pin or can be worn on a necklace. Thanks for looking!
