Boutique red and navy wrap top dress.

Janette Fashion brand beautiful flowy, soft dress with a great hand. I bought this at a small boutique in door county Wisconsin and it was a size large. Very pretty only worn once or twice. This is a stretchy polyester. The belt does gave about an inch where the stitching has come out. Not noticeable and easy to fix.
