Item is an exceptionally well made boutique dress. Probably fits close to girls size 8. Axillary to axillary measurement is 12", top of shoulder to hem is 30". Dress is two layers on the bottom, a top split open skirt with a ruffled under skirt. Truly a one of a kind dress. See photos for sewing/ seam quality and patterns. I see no obvious staining or flaws. Dress is from a non-smoking, cat friendly home.
