Boutique large polka dot wrap dress

Size small, but a wrap dress so definitely adjustable, unlimed dress. Bought from a boutique years ago, brand is Rubber Ducky Productions Inc, surprisingly made in the USA. I have wore this dress a lot in my youth and the quality is still great!
