Boutique green short sleeve poncho shawl wrap tassels and lace M or OSFA

I measured it folded in half and the total width (when doubled) from one side to the other is 44 to 46 in. Tag says size small/medium but fits up to extra large and possibly double XL. Really it's a poncho, so one-size-fits-most in my opinion. Pretty olive or army green poncho with tassels and lace short sleeves. Excellent/ like-new condition. Hand wash only.
