Boutique flowy dress, fit and flare, elastic waist, full sleeve, v-neck, stripe

I got this beautiful dress from a boutique, the tag lists it as brand called R2. And in size 3 XL. I believe it could fit a variety of sizes (I typically wear 1-2x) as it is very flowy and has an elastic waist. I really love it, but it is just a little too short for me (I am 5’10”). The colors are in complementing shades of peach, mulberry and mauve. The skirt is lined, but not the upper portion of the dress. There is a V-neck. And the sleeves are very loose and flowy. Smoke free and pet free home. The elastic waist measures about 18 inches across, but will expand to almost 29 inches. the sleeve across measures about 10 inches. From the top of the shoulder seam to the bottom hem measures about 35 inches.
