Boutique floral Short dress! Gorgeous sleeves

Light blue floral short dress size small! Boutique and good quality fabric! Has knit sleeve mid section that’s a little fitted so good if you have smaller arms and then the sleeves open up all cute! Hard to tell in pictures! But here for questions and offers! In great condition but noticed small stains on inside of front upper chest area, cant notice it at all from the outside though
