Boutique find black and white checkered very nice material very thin but lovely

like brand new excellent gently used beautiful summer jacket the material this jacket is made of is really quite unique it's like it's waterproof it's a very thin material but it kind of seems coated lightly so I am thinking water repellent really a nice coat for summer Tulle brand
