Boutique dress size small - floral pattern

Polyester blend dress from a local boutique. Brand is “poppy garden”. It’s got cap sleeves and a ruffle at the hem. A-line cut so figure flattering. I’m 5’10 and a size 2-4 and it fit great but was too short for me to wear without leggings. Only worn once.
