Boutique bought, West 36, vivid green, hi-low dress, with an elastic waist allowing a blouson look, a high waisted look, or a carefree look. I’m unsure of the material, but it’s not cotton. Worn once to a high profile wedding. With heels and the right accessories, this one is a show-stopper. Upon my best evaluation it is in flawless, like-new condition.
