Boutique Tan Polka Dot Romper in Cream Size Large

This romper has only been worn once. The waist is elastic but the tie is not a draw string. It is off white with tan polka dot in a size large. The brand is Millibon but I found it at boutique clothing store. My measurements are: height 5’7”, bust 36D, waist 29”, hips 39”. The flat measurements of this garment are: length 31”, bust 17”, waist 12.5”, hips 21”.
