Boutique Sundress Dress, One Shoulder, Small, 0

This dress is a strapless dress that zips up the side. Then the shoulder ties drape up over this and tie. There is a belt, which the dress can be worn w/ or w/out that ties around the waist. Blue-gray, butterfly print. Bought from a Minneapolis boutique, no longer available. Size Small. One defect, the belt loops are undone. Would be an easy fix, or honestly the belt ties around the waist and doesn’t slip without them, you don’t notice it. Lined and ruffled on the skirt. See photos.
