kdashing38 @trishacurol Hi! The back is lace up with ties allowing a little bit of variance as needed for proper fit which is great but makes it more difficult to measure since it is adjustable. I measured approximately 19.5” from underarm to underarm laying flat without loosening the ties from how they are currently. I hope that helps - thanks!
