Boutique Silk Tie-Back Long Dress

Beautiful silk dress purchased from a small boutique in NYC years ago. Very versatile and can be worn at different sizes and shapes as the shape can be adjusted to your liking with the tie. Design is beautiful. Some lose strings at shoulder straps but otherwise in great condition. No tears or stains. I think size is small but tags have been removed and it can be adjusted.
