jespe @tmacshop Hello, yes, this style runs true to size. The wedge styles run approximately a size small, but these are fitted differently and the bands make them adaptable to wide and narrow feet. What size are you interested in, and I'd be happy to check our inventory....we are very low on some sizes/styles
