Boutique Ruffled Purple Floral Mini Dress

Mini dress from boutique in Nantucket, Massachusetts called Eye of the Needle. Front strap fell off and is connected by a safety pin. You can’t really see the safety pin when wearing it however it seems like it would be fairly easy to see back on. Does not say a size but fits like a medium but is very flowy and would likely fit a small and large.
