Boutique Rose Tunic

Cute rose print boutique tunic. Can be worn as a dress or with jeans/leggings as a tunic. I only wore it once. Its very flowy ans one size...I would say it fits a size medium to XL depending on whether you want it loose or tighter. It has little ties on the sleeves.
