The picture doesn’t do this top justice. I bought at a boutique and it’s too smalll for me. Fits a true Medium. The top is mainly a sweater material ribbed with almost a soft hoodie type material. The bell sleeves are adorable and the center has almost a wool like twill effect. Super adorable able. But definitely a short sleeve more for winter or fall not summer.
