Boutique Open Back Blouse - Size S

this is a gorgeous top! It is hard to tell in the pictures, but it is high necked, and has an open back that ties in a large bow above the hips. The shoulders are also open, and the sleeves tighten around the wrist. A truly gorgeous top that has never been worn and was purchased from a boutique in ATX.
