Boutique Maxi Dress

This has been one of my favorite dresses for a long time! It's a dark red and cream colored maxi, with spaghetti straps, and pom details. It is somewhat sheer in bright light. I'm 5'1", and it touches the ground for me just right. It would fit a 0-4 petite just right.
