Boutique High-Low Maxi Dress

Boutique brand maxi dress with slight bell sleeves. Never worn! Front is shorter than the back and has a black slip underneath that comes to mid thigh. Snap button closure at the chest area. I’m 5’5” and the dress does drag the ground unless I wear heels with it. Boutique brands run slightly bigger, so this would definitely work if you are typically a medium. This dress is a little big on me and I’m typically a small.
