Boutique Floral Dress, NWOT

Never worn and in perfect condition! Fully lined, zip and clasp closure and sheer outer lining that’s black with pink and blue florals. Ruffles on the bottom and dips lower to the left side. Midi dress! Has some stretch but not too much and is very flattering! Got it for an event that was cancelled.
