Boutique Dressy Romper

I bought this at a boutique down near the Jersey Shore years ago. Only worn a handful of times! Unfortunately it’s a little too loose for me and has just been sitting in closet! Low cut, beaded and sequin empire waist (sooo flattering!) and the perfect length. Brand is Monaco USA. Tag does not have a size on it, but would be more than happy to measure if interested. To make a guess it’s somewhere between M/L.
